1. Declaration
Before subscribing, please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed our service features and subscription terms. 2. Subscription Policies
Plan Options: Detailed subscription plans and pricing are available on our pricing page. Select the option that best suits your needs for an enhanced experience.
Annual Plan (Recommended): Enjoy 30% savings compared to monthly billing with a single upfront payment. This option provides full feature access for 365 days without automatic renewal.
Monthly Plan: Monthly subscription requires manual renewal each month. If payment fails due to account issues (e.g., insufficient funds), your account will automatically switch to the free plan in the next billing cycle.
3. Plan Upgrade Policies
Upgrade your subscription through the pricing page or workspace 'Subscriptions' menu:
- When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, both old and new subscriptions will coexist, with credits valid within their respective subscription periods.
- For annual plans: Remaining credits from the previous plan remain valid. For monthly plans: Credits are valid within their respective subscription periods.
4. Cancellation Policies
Annual Subscribers: No cancellation required as plans don't auto-renew.
Monthly Subscribers: Cancel anytime via workspace 'Subscriptions' menu:
- No cancellation fees
- Service continues until current cycle ends
- All saved data in VideoSeek remains accessible
5. Refund Policies
Important: All digital services from VideoSeek and its affiliates are non-transferable and irrevocable.
Refund eligibility:
- System errors caused by our platform.
- Within 24 hours of initial payment (excludes promotions).
Key Notes:
- First payment refers to original purchase (excludes renewals/upgrades):
- Auto-renewed monthly plans can't be refunded within 24 hours - cancel instead.
- Submit detailed refund requests to support@videoseek.ai.
- Refunds unavailable for non-usage or dissatisfaction.
- Promotional purchases are final.
